Philosophy

Research is hospitality to the unknown. We welcome doubt, diagram disagreements, and let results speak louder than allegiance. Our prototypes are small by design, so failure is inexpensive and learning is fast.

When patterns survive contact with reality, we harden them into reusable modules. When they do not, we publish the dead ends as well—maps improve when paths are crossed out as well as drawn in.
